Position Overview:
We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our team with data processing and administrative tasks. This is a contract position with an initial timeline of 6 months, with the possibility of extension.
Schedule:

Monday to Friday

8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST (flexible within this window)
Key Responsibilities:

Work independently to complete assigned tasks

Utilize email systems for communication and task management

Conduct basic online research as needed

Navigate and operate multiple software applications (training provided)

Collect, process, and analyze data to support data-driven decision-making

Perform data entry, including copy-pasting between systems

Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally
Required Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

Strong attention to detail

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to adapt and learn new systems quickly
