Nesco Resource is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our clients team. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately

Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and calendars

Maintain and organize both digital and physical filing systems

Perform accurate data entry and manage client databases
-
Support real estate agents and assist clients with inquiries and paperwork

Handle general office tasks and provide administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

1–2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Able to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently
Hours: 8:30am-5pm Monday through Friday
Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
