Litigation Paralegal – 5 Years Experience
Hybrid Opportunity!
We're looking for a skilled Commercial Litigation Paralegal with at least 5 years of experience to join our legal team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced with discovery, cite-checking/Sherardizing, and e-filing in both state and federal courts.
Location: ( Long Island )
Responsibilities:

Draft cover letters and legal correspondence

Organize and maintain client files (electronic & hard copy)

Index and summarize documents and depositions
-
Perform basic legal and factual research
-
Support discovery and motion practice (drafting/preparing documents as appropriate)
Requirements:
-
5 years of litigation paralegal experience

Strong multitasking and follow-up skills
-
Excellent attention to detail
-
Comfortable handling document-intensive cases
-
Proficiency in Lexis, Westlaw, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro

Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate
