Project Assistant
1st Shift
7:30AM-4:30PM
$18


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Creating, developing, printing and organizing job travelers for the production floor

• Attaching appropriate documents to job traveler; drawings, specifications or quality documents
• Managing incoming traveler requests by updating priority list
• Saving and organizing any related documents of project they have been assigned to; specifications, drawings, and project bill of materials
• Reviewing and cross checking bill of materials, layouts and wiring diagrams for accuracy

QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Preference given to a candidate with experience with inventory software.
• Acute attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Commitment to excellence and high standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
