Shipping & Receiving Specialist
Join our dynamic team as a Shipping & Receiving Specialist, where you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials, supplies, and products through our operations. In this hands-on position, you'll be responsible for the accurate receipt, inspection, documentation, and shipment of goods—helping to keep our logistics running efficiently and on time.
Key Responsibilities:

Receive incoming shipments, inspect goods, and verify contents against shipment records

Prepare and pack outgoing materials according to specifications and shipping methods

Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing items, both manually and digitally

Route materials, supplies, and equipment to the appropriate stock or inspection areas

Operate forklifts and powered equipment to transport materials safely and efficiently

Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to coordinate logistics
What You Bring:

High school diploma or equivalent; 1 year of related experience preferred

Basic reading, writing, and numerical skills

Attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures

Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record may be required

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically active tasks

Strong communication and teamwork skills
