Production Worker – Join Our Team in Oakdale, PA!
Shift Schedule:
- Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Occasional weekend work required
- 8-hour shifts

Job Overview:
We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Production Workers to join our team in Oakdale, PA. In this role, you'll play an essential part in supporting various production operations, ensuring the quality of our industrial bags. If you have a basic understanding of production tasks and are ready to work in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform visual inspections of paper bags, ensuring they meet quality standards and checking for defects.
- Ensure bags are properly folded, glued, and printed according to work order specifications.
- Stack finished bags efficiently and neatly.
- Conduct quality checks during production to ensure each bag meets the required standards.
- Perform regular housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Retrieve, label, and organize materials and finished pallets for shipment or storage.
- Maintain productivity goals and ensure accurate stacking, counting, and inventory management.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring materials are handled correctly.
- Handle scrap materials, rework, and reclaim materials as directed by the supervisor.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and occasional overtime.
- Inspection experience
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs (assistance will be provided for heavier loads).
- Comfortable with standing, kneeling, and performing repetitive movements.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow directions carefully.
