Shift: 7AM-3PM
Pay: $20-$25/Hour depending on experience
Overview:
This position plays a key role in supporting our B2B customer base by ensuring accurate and efficient processing of orders and returns. The ideal candidate is collaborative, organized, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter customer orders and returns into our ERP system
- Collaborate with internal departments including Sales and Engineering to ensure order accuracy and fulfillment
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and specifications
- Provide timely communication and updates to customers regarding order status
- Handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues in a professional manner
- 5 years of experience with Aptean Intuitive, SAP, or a comparable ERP system
- Strong ability to learn and retain product information
- Proven multitasking skills under tight deadlines
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Basic accounting/math skills including tax calculations
- Adaptability to support other departments as business needs evolve
- A positive attitude and professional demeanor when interacting with customers and colleagues
