Your Day-to-Day Might Include:
Managing billing operations across various account types—including third-party payers
Posting payments, reconciling accounts, and resolving discrepancies promptly

Supporting audits and reporting by maintaining detailed, accurate records
Handling daily cash processes and participating in month-end closings

Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help customers
Comfort with numbers, spreadsheets, and financial systems (Excel and 10-key are your friends)

A knack for staying organized—even when juggling multiple account types
