Your Role:
As a Material Handler, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations by managing the movement of materials and keeping the area organized.
- Material Handling: Push carts, transport parts, and deliver materials to various departments as needed.
- Scrap Management: Collect and dispose of scrap materials efficiently, keeping the area clean and organized.
- Inventory Control: Track materials and parts, ensuring items are in the correct location and accurately accounted for.
- General Support: Assist with other tasks within the repair area as necessary to ensure smooth operations throughout the day.
- Safety & Organization: Maintain a clean, safe work environment while staying on top of inventory flow and ensuring all materials are handled appropriately.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically capable of moving materials, pushing carts, and lifting as necessary.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar setting is preferred but not required.
