Sales and Marketing Support
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with order processing, quoting, and customer inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide product information.
- Maintain and update customer database and sales records.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities under the guidance of the Marketing Manager.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and newsletters.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and spreadsheet management.
- Handle administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining files.
- Previous experience in sales support or customer service roles preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and spreadsheet applications.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail are essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
