Field Crew Manager
Your Day-to-Day:
- Train to lead and support field crews at job sites.
- Make sure installs and repairs are done safely and correctly.
- Help train new crew members and make sure everyone knows what they're doing.
- Talk to the office team and keep them updated on what's happening in the field.
- Help schedule jobs and ensure crews have what they need to do it.
- Keep an eye on quality, safety, and deadlines
- 2 years running crews or working in glass, construction, or a similar field.
- Experience working within the construction environment.
