Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive testing procedures for engines, focusing on performance, durability, and functionality.
- Identify and implement process improvements, contributing to the development of industry-leading testing practices.
- Ensure the highest standards of equipment calibration and maintenance, swiftly addressing any technical issues that arise.
- Innovate and construct specialized engine testing equipment to ensure the quality of remanufactured assemblies.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of testing procedures, results, and any modifications made during testing.
- Empower team members by providing training on advanced testing methodologies and best practices.
- Collaborate with on-site Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) teams to guarantee compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Utilize expertise with automotive engine testing equipment to drive quality and efficiency.
- Leverage experience with National Instruments LabVIEW to enhance testing capabilities.
- Apply knowledge of hydraulic systems, electronics, and modern engine software to optimize testing processes.
