Nesco Resource is seeking Manufacturing Associates for a tier-one automotive supplier in Warren .
Shift: 1st Shift from 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Must be able to work up to 7 days a week
Pay: $16.75 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Operate equipment to production standards while adhering to all safety and quality procedures and guidelines
- Maintain clean and safe work area utilizing 5S methodologies
- Support training and development of new team members
- Record and maintain quality documentation
- Ensure all product meets quality standards and is properly identified, tagged, logged, and stored
- Other duties as assigned
- Ability to read hand gages such as micrometers, calipers, snap gages, and master gages
- Ability to be productive within a team while maintaining an environment of general respect and integrity
- Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form
- Positive attitude
- High-level of accountability
- Mechanically inclined
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work overtime, up to 12 hour shifts and/or weekends
- Steel-toed footwear is required
