Job Title: Production Supervisor – Electronics
Location: Solon, OH
Shift: 1st Shift – Monday through Thursday, 6 AM to 4:30 PM (OT on Fridays if needed)
Pay Range: $50,000 – $60,000 per year (based on experience)
About the Role:
We are currently seeking a hands-on, experienced Production Supervisor to lead our Electronic Technician Production team in Solon, OH. This is a working supervisor position where you'll not only oversee a team but also actively participate in testing and troubleshooting of printed circuit board assemblies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values quality, and enjoys working directly with electronics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of 10 to 15 production associates
- Train new associates in this department
- Assist in the hiring and evaluations of new and current associates
- Coordinate daily workflow and ensure a seamless transition
- Set up, verify, and maintain test stations for product evaluation
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in PCB assemblies
- Conduct functional and performance testing of electronic components
- Insure customer satisfaction
- Perform AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) testing to maintain high product standards
- Document and report testing results accurately and clearly
- 2 to 5 years of Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with previous electronics manufacturing experience preferred
- Able to stand, lift, and bend for 8–10 hours per day
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow technical instructions
- High school diploma or equivalent
