Talent Acquisition Specialist, University Relations
Role Overview:
Our Global Talent Acquisition team is seeking a dynamic University Recruiting professional to join our Future Talent Program. Reporting to the Associate Director, University Relations, the Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in attracting emerging talent, building university partnerships, and supporting campus branding initiatives. This individual must demonstrate strong recruiting expertise, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and exceptional relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for future talent, including requisition creation, candidate selection, offer management, and onboarding for assigned client groups.

Consult with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to advise on recruitment strategies, best practices, and market benchmarking.

Build and maintain relationships with assigned university partners, career services offices, student organizations, and other key external stakeholders.

Partner closely with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and divisional business leaders to align recruiting strategies with business priorities.

Represent the company at campus recruiting events, career fairs, and industry conferences.

Support department-wide initiatives and special projects related to university relations and talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
Required:
-
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience.

2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, campus recruiting, or a related field.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and deliver presentations.

Exceptional multitasking abilities and attention to detail.

Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred).

Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Preferred:

Experience with candidate relationship management (CRM) systems (Phenom People preferred).

Prior experience in university relations or campus recruitment.
